Eviction Process for Residents. A “Resident” is defined in Civil Code Section of the RV Park Occupancy Law (RVPOL) 799.22: a Resident who fails to pay for his or her occupancy in a park, fails to comply with reasonable written rules and regulations of the park given to the resident upon registration or during the term of his or her occupancy in the park, or who violates any of the provisions contained in Article 5 of the RV Park Occupancy Law (RVPOL) (commencing with Section 799.70).
