Dan Rudderow

Dan Rudderow has practiced law since 1994 and is the principal of Rudderow Law Group. Dan’s practice is devoted to representing recreational vehicle park owners and park management companies. His firm assists community owners and managers with rental agreements and other residency documents, day-to-day park management issues and enforcement of park rules and regulations. As a civil litigator and trial lawyer, Dan also represents park owners in failure to maintain lawsuits, rent control disputes, rule violation injunction cases, and unlawful and forcible detainer evictions. Dan has been a featured speaker at many RV seminars and events. He has authored several articles for the Spotlight as well as for other publications.”

John Pentecost has been with Hart Kienle Pentecost since 1988 and is a managing partner and heads up the firm’s manufactured housing practice. He has handled multiple trials in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, Sacramento, Santa Clara, El Dorado, Yolo, Marin, Sonoma, Placer, and Stanislaus counties, including numerous commercial, RV park and mobilehome park tenant evictions. John has over thirty-years of experience in defending class actions ranging from lease dispute issues to state and federal discrimination issues and failure to maintain lawsuits. He assists his clients in, among others, subdivision conversions, rent adjustments, park closures, ground lease negotiations and litigation. John is experienced in assisting real estate brokers relative to commission and liability issues. John also represents his client in employment related matters.
Paul Jensen

Paul Jensen is a member of Hopkins & Carley’s Real Estate Practice. For more than 40 years, Paul has represented manufactured housing community owners and operators in all aspects of manufactured housing communities’ law. Paul has been deeply involved in the industry, including through his many annual speaking engagements for the Western Manufactured Housing Communities Association (WMA), and service on various WMA committees. Prior to joining Hopkins & Carley, Paul had his own practice in San Jose for more than 40 years.
Andrew Ditlevsen

Andrew Ditlevsen is a member of Hopkins & Carley’s Litigation Department and Real Estate Practice. Andrew’s practice focuses on real estate and land use matters, focusing on mobile home parks and communities, as well as advising mobile home community owners and managers concerning the operation and management of mobile home parks, including lease agreements, community rules/regulations, enforcement actions, and compliance with state and local laws. Prior to joining Hopkins & Carley, Andrew was an associate at Sweeney, Mason, Wilson & Bosomworth in Los Gatos. While in law school, Andrew was a full-time judicial extern for the Honorable Jeremy Fogel of the United States District Court, Northern District of California.
